Resources from Me Too Vol. #5

On the first rainy evening of September, Me Too Vol. #5 took place at SFU Woodward’s to a full house. VGH and UBC Hospital Foundation is hosting Me Too, a free mental health speakers series, to help combat mental health stigma by sharing compelling personal stories, innovative research, and demonstrate that there is a large community who care about creating honest discussion about mental health.

At Me Too Vol. #5, Victoria Maxwell, Dr. Steven Barnes, Dr. Erin Michalak, and Dr. Barbara Harris took to the stage to share their views, stories, and expertise to a lively and engaged audience.

A lot of wisdom and resources were shared, and we’re happy to provide a downloadable list of the resources that Erin mentioned or touched upon in her presentation.

Thank you for your support, energy, and ideas at Me Too Vol. #5. If you weren’t able to make it, check out the great conversation that happened concurrently on Twitter! And save the date for Vol. #6, the final event, on February 23rd, 2017!
