Our 8th annual World Bipolar Day AMA is being held once again on r/IAmA on Reddit, a subreddit dedicated to question and answer events where anyone with a Reddit account can participate for free. Since 2019, these World Bipolar Day AMAs have fostered meaningful conversations not only between panelists and individuals living with bipolar disorder, but also with members of the broader bipolar disorder community – including family members, friends, and healthcare providers. In 2017, he completed a Ph.D. in psychology at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, proposing a neurobiological explanation for the relationship between LGAT conditions and results (hypomanic/manic-like states).
