Biography

Laura has worked with CREST.BD for many years, and led content development for CREST.BD’s PolarUs bipolar disorder app. She is currently a PhD student in clinical psychology at the McGill University BEEP Lab, where she researches “loss of control” eating problems under the supervision of Dr. Sarah Racine, and trains as a clinical psychologist.

Laura has extensive experience facilitating research that partners with people with lived experience through her work with CREST.BD, and has helped bring these practices to her lab at McGill as well. Her research interests include bipolar disorder, eating disorders, and participatory methods.

What I do when I'm not working

In my spare time, I like to go out into nature, ski, read, and spend time with friends.
