UBC Thrive Week

Thrive is a week-long series of events where the UBC community of students, staff, and faculty focuses on building positive mental health that is in its 8th year running. “Thriving” means feeling resilient and being able to take on life’s challenges, and we’re pleased that the community takes time to consider it. We’re pleased to be able to host an informal CREST.BD Thrive gathering and we hope you’ll join us.
