Hello Dr. Jarecki, your story really inspired me. I was diagnosed with bipolar 1 at 29 after being hospitalized during a depressive psychotic episode. I also been diagnosed with ADHD, PSTD, and Autism. However, the diagnosis that has impacted me the most is my bipolar. I am also a licensed mental health therapist and still carry a lot of shame with my diagnosis. I would love to have you as a mentor. It’s been hard to find a therapist that can help provide me with more information on bipolar, and navigating the disorder while working in the mental health field. How much would you charge for consultations or coaching? I am not sure what to categorize it. I would really appreciate any assistance you could give me.
