October 10th, World Mental Health Day, is a day dedicated to raising global awareness of mental health concerns, and mobilizing efforts to support mental health. This year, the theme is to encourage countries to invest more in mental health. The COVID-19 pandemic has brought social isolation, grief, financial difficulties, and massive changes to many of our lives. The fallout of this is expected to impact world mental health substantially.

With this theme in mind, we believe today is a suitable day to launch the new Bipolar Wellness Centre. The Bipolar Wellness Centre is a central hub for scientifically supported information on living well with bipolar disorder. We’ve updated the site’s content with more recent research findings, and completely remodeled it for a more modern and easy to use experience. It is our hope that the new Bipolar Wellness Centre will be accessed by people across the world who need support in managing bipolar disorder, especially during these difficult times.
