Delphi Consensus Consultation Study Vlog

I was diagnosed with bipolar in 2001 and I found that a really important part of my recovery has been doing research.

Team member and peer researcher Sara Lapsley explains our Delphi Consensus Consultation study in this short video. This study began in 2012 and looked at self-management strategies that people who have bipolar utilize; specifically, we wanted to know how people manage manic and hypomanic mood states. Watch the video to learn about what the Delphi method is and why it is so important (hint: people with bipolar are experts on bipolar), as well as details about how we seek to assist people with bipolar and how much we learn in the process.
